Our hops outlasted Prohibition, and they’ve been going strong ever since! Floral, pine, and (faint) pineapple aromas (lab analysis coming soon). We hand-pick, dry at low temperature, vacuum pack, and freeze as quickly as possible to keep as many of those wonderful hoppy aromas and flavors as possible. Organic.
